Gloo’s configuration, training and support of Zoho CRM, Zoho Campaigns and the integration between the two applications has helped streamline our email marketing campaigns to be very efficient. About 2 years ago, I started looking for a replacement to my ACT! CRM software that my staff and I had been using for the last 15 years. After doing some research, I eventually decided on Zoho CRM and to use Gloo to do the setup. Gloo was to implement changes to the database and then transfer all 42,000 contacts over from ACT! (with the notes and original date stamps) to the new system and then follow-up with training my staff. Because of the size of the database, I was a bit skeptical that all this could be done accurately but was I ever wrong! Gloo ended up doing exactly what was required and did it in a fashion that made the whole process very easy to swallow. Our staff continue to use Zoho everyday and Lorin checks in every once in awhile to see if things are ok.
