Meet the core team

Lorin is the founder and President of Gloo CRM. His background includes 10 years working for enterprise software companies in Vancouver followed by 13 years at Gloo. Lorin’s completed a couple ultra 50km mountain trail races including the infamous Knee Knacker. He’d love to get back into trail running once he stops using the excuse that he’d rather spend time with his little son.

Erkan is Gloo's Solution Architect, blending his industry background in building and manufacturing with expertise in Marketing and Sales Process Automation. Beyond work, he's a music enthusiast, skilled drummer, and avid cyclist, adding a vibrant rhythm to both projects and passions.

Alisha is Gloo's internal bookkeeper but so much more! She has a diverse background in Sales, Recruitment and Digital Marketing and consults/advises Gloo staff on all of these topics. Alisha is a busy mom and enjoys time with her little one. In her free time she enjoys creating organic homemade soaps and beauty products.

Fede is Gloo's Implementation Manager. He started his career as a salesperson then he shifted to digital marketing and for the past 5 years, he has been working in developing Zoho and integrating it with third-party Apps. He is from Argentina and, like most people there, he is in love with football and Messi.
